We promote and endorse many noble healthcare initiatives, such as preventive healthcare and sanitation. At Bidhata, we believe in gender equality and women empowerment across various levels. We also have in-house facilities such as a crèche, medical centres, and an employee training centre. We have a strict no-child-labour policy.

Bidhata has taken great steps forward in environmental sustainability; staying well with in the permissible norms of water and air pollution; creating a safe environment for employees. To conserve water, we have installed the necessary mechanisms to recycle & reuse the precious resource.
